I just became a member or renewed my membership. When I register, it still shows me as a non-member.
Please wait at least 24 hours after updating your membership before registering to ensure you receive the correct registration rate.When can I register for the 2026 World Congress on Pain?

Registration cancellations received by the deadline will receive a complete refund, less a processing fee.Can I make a change to my registration?
All registrants can modify their registration using their confirmation number.What is included in the cost of my registration?
Access to all plenary sessions, topical workshops, social events, the exhibit hall, and the mobile conference app. Full Congress registrants also receive access to session recordings.Can I register on-site?
On-site registration is available but will incur an additional fee. Advance registration is encouraged.
Questions About Housing
How do I book in the IASP hotel block?
The official hotel block will be available when registration opens in January 2026.I received an email from GTE Reservations about booking. Is this legitimate?
No, please be aware of housing pirates and other common scams. Other companies that are not expressly affiliated with IASP are fraudulent.

Where can I find information on the available support opportunities?
All exhibitor and support opportunities are available in the 2026 World Congress on Pain prospectus.What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
26 October, 17:00–19:00, during the Welcome Reception, and 27–29 October, 09:00–17:00, the exhibition is open daily.When can Exhibitors set up and break down their booths?
Exhibitor Setup: 25 October, 8:00-15:00 (for Own-Built Booths only), and 26 October, 8:00-15:00 (for turnkey booths and own-built booths).
Exhibition Breakdown: 29 October, 17:00–20:00.How do I order furniture and additional services for my booth?
All services, including furniture, additional electricity, catering, and signage, can be ordered through the conference’s General Service Contractor. More details will be announced in Spring 2026.When will the exhibitor technical manual be ready?
The exhibitor technical manual will be ready in Spring 2026.How do I register my booth staff?
Registration will be open in January 2026. You will receive instructions on how to register your staff with your comp codes.How do I send in my logo?
Log in to the ExpoGenie website with the credentials you received in the welcome email. Then go to the “task list” section. There will be a task to upload your company logo and description. Questions About Poster Abstracts
When can I submit my Poster Abstract?
Poster Abstract Submissions will be accepted through the online portal from 1 December 2025 to 15 February 2026.Will there be a late-breaking poster abstract submission period?
Yes, late-breaking poster abstract submissions will open on 15 March 2026.When will I receive a decision about my poster abstract?
Notifications will be sent out around 15 April 2026.How do I make changes to my poster?
Once your poster is reviewed and accepted, you will not be able to make any changes. Be sure that your poster information is complete and accurate when you submit. If you have changes, they will need to be reflected on your physical poster onsite.When will poster specs be available?
All presenting authors will be emailed poster information by mid-May 2026.When will I be notified of my presentation date and time?
Notifications will be sent out in late May or early June 2026.
Questions About Financial Aid
When can I apply for Financial Aid?
Financial Aid applications will be accepted from 1 December through 28 February.When will I receive a decision?
Financial Aid decisions should be sent by May 2026.
