Educational Objectives:

• Identify patient selection criteria, procedural indications, and safety considerations for both basic and advanced image-guided interventional pain techniques.
• Perform fundamental fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided pain procedures—such as medial branch blocks, epidural injections, and peripheral nerve blocks—with improved accuracy and safety.
• Apply proper technique and image interpretation during advanced interventional procedures including spinal cord stimulation, basivertebral nerve ablation, and sympathetic plexus blocks.
